                                            A: You will automatically qualify for UOB Travel Rewards Points when you charge your travel expenditure with UOB Travel to your UOB Card. However, the charging of non UOB Travel related expenditure on UOB Card will not be entitled to the earning of UOB Travel Rewards Points. UOB Rewards Points shall be calculated on the value of each UOB Travel related transaction effected on a daily basis.

                                        <p><b>Q. How do I earn UOB Travel Rewards Points?</b><br>
                                            
A. You earn 1 UOB Travel Rewards Points for every S$1 charged to your UOB Credit Card through UOB Travel. UOB Travel Rewards Points is calculated based on the value of UOB Travel related card transactions effected on a daily basis. Refunded purchases and finance charges will not be credited with UOB Travel Rewards Points.

                                            A. Yes, you are allowed to combine the UOB Travel Rewards Points as long as the designated email account that you wish to combine the points for is highlighted to our travel consultants at the point of transaction.

                                            <b>Q. What is the validity period of the UOB Travel 2015 Rewards Programme and Voucher(s) redeemed?

                                            A. The programme starts in 3 March 2015 and ends on 30 December 2015. All UOB Rewards Vouchers must be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issuance and completed utilised by 31 December 2015, unless otherwise stated on the Vouchers. No extension will be granted.

                                            <b>Q. Can I request to cancel or replace the Vouchers? </b><br>
                                            A. We regret that cancellation or replacement of Rewards Vouchers will not be accepted once you have confirmed the redemption.

                                        <p>Q. How do I redeem my reward? </b><br>
                                            A. To redeem your reward, you or your representative need to present the relevant Voucher with your authorised signature and a photocopy (font and back) of your NRIC as proof of eligibility to the relevant participating merchant.
